Housekeeper – Warminster & Surrounding Areas

Tisbury Country Housekeeping is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking housekeepers to join our friendly local team across Warminster and the surrounding areas.
Our team works across a variety of beautiful private homes, holiday properties, businesses, estates and other managed spaces. No two weeks are necessarily the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work and takes genuine pride in leaving a property looking its best.
The Role
You'll be providing professional housekeeping and cleaning services for our clients, either independently or as part of a wider team depending on the property.
Typical responsibilities include:
- General housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning
- Preparing and presenting properties to a high standard
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and communal spaces
- Ironing and other household tasks where required
- Holiday property changeovers
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Providing a discreet, friendly and professional service
- Working alongside other members of our housekeeping team on larger properties when required
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, trustworthy and genuinely care about doing a job well.
You'll ideally:
- Have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, although training can be provided
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable and able to manage your time well
- Be confident working independently
- Have a friendly and professional manner
- Be comfortable with the physical requirements of housekeeping work
- Be willing to learn our standards and ways of working
- Have some flexibility with your availability
- Be able to iron to a good standard, or be willing to learn
- Have your own reliable vehicle and be happy travelling to rural properties
Hours & Flexibility
We have opportunities for people looking for anything from part-time hours through to more regular weekly work.
Hours can vary depending on client requirements, and some roles can work particularly well around school hours and other commitments. Additional availability during busy periods and occasional weekends is also welcomed.

This is a self-employed position.
As many of our clients are based in rural locations, you must have your own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel around Warminster, Tisbury and the surrounding areas.
