About the Role
At Clip ‘n Climb Crawley, we’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, delivering exceptional service from arrival through to departure.
This is a varied, fast paced role where no two days are the same. Whether you’re welcoming families, serving in our café, hosting birthday parties, assisting with bookings or ensuring our centre remains clean, safe and inviting, you’ll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Hours: Various, including evenings, weekends and school holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Welcome and check in customers at reception.
- Serve food and beverages within South Ridge Café, maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.
- Host children’s birthday parties and group events, creating memorable experiences.
- Assist with party room preparation, set up and turnaround.
- Support guests throughout their visit, answering questions and resolving queries professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the entire centre.
- Follow all health and safety, safeguarding and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments.
- Support the wider team wherever required to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and school holidays.
- Previous customer service, hospitality or leisure experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This role involves working closely with children and young people and is therefore exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants will be required to disclose any relevant convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings.
Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This will be paid for and arranged by Clip ’n Climb Crawley Limited as part of the pre-employment screening process.
