Experienced Garage Door Installation Engineer
Based in Godstone, Surrey
£37,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience) + £5-10k commission + Company Van
Wessex Garage Doors is one of the UK's largest independent garage door specialists, installing, servicing and repairing premium garage doors across the South East.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Garage Door Installation Engineer to join our professional installation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a well-established, family-run business that values quality workmanship, reliability and outstanding customer service.
The Role
Working across residential properties and commercial developments, you will be responsible for:
- Installing a wide range of garage doors to a high standard
- Servicing and repairing garage doors
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Providing excellent customer service at every installation
- Maintaining a professional image whilst representing Wessex Garage Doors
- Working safely and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
Please note this role involves heavy manual work and is primarily outdoors.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience installing garage doors
- Experience servicing and repairing garage doors
- Experience with sectional, roller and up & over garage doors
- Excellent practical and problem-solving abilities
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- A professional, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence (maximum 3 penalty points)

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Plus rostered Saturdays (9:00am – 12:00pm), depending on business requirements.
