Job Overview
I am looking for a 3rd assistant that is dedicated and enthusiastic to support daily activities and provide assistance in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about childcare, teaching, or caregiving, with a focus on fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing positively to the overall experience. Training is available on the job. Possible start date September 2026 if all checks are completed. Tuesday to Friday 8am till 5pm.
Duties
- Support the main <PERSON> in organising daily schedules and activities
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, including supervising children and engaging them in educational or recreational activities
- The person must have their own car and be able to travel children around for outings, appointments and activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Maintain organised environments, including tidying up play areas and learning spaces
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs
- Support with meal preparation or snack organisation as needed Skills
- Experience in driving, teaching, nannying, or childcare roles is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanour when working with children
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with parents and children
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and needs
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work responsibilities
- To be a keyworker to a number of children. Helping them work towards their next steps of development through activities and the daily routine.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
