Pizza Chef Wanted – Join Our Growing Events Team
Saint Leonards Church is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our friendly and growing weekend market team.
We’re searching for someone who loves great food, takes pride in their craft, and wants to be part of an exciting community venue that already hosts busy weekend events, live music nights, DJs, and private functions.
The Role
- Prepare fresh sourdough pizza dough during a couple of flexible prep sessions during the week
- Help run our busy pizza kitchen during our Saturday market and other daytime and evening events
- Standard Saturday hours are 10am – 4pm
- Occasionally work evening events
- Help source quality ingredients and contribute ideas to the menu
- Take ownership of the pizza offering within our lively food court and events space
What We’re Looking For
- Experience making and stretching fresh pizza dough
- Confidence working independently in a busy service environment
- Passion for quality ingredients and excellent customer experience
- Friendly, reliable, and adaptable attitude
- Flexibility to support occasional evening events and private bookings
