This is an exciting opportunity to become Aylesbury Foodbank's first Chief Executive, leading the organisation at a pivotal stage in its development.
Working closely with the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our community. You will inspire and support our staff and volunteers, oversee the day-to-day running of the Foodbank, and ensure our services meet the standards of the Trussell Trust network.
You will also build strong partnerships across the community, help shape our long-term strategy, and champion our vision of tackling the causes of food poverty as well as responding to immediate need.
This role is ideal for an experienced, values-led leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, collaborative approach and is passionate about making a lasting difference.
The salary is £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience (Full-time equivalent)
