Duty Manager – The Adventure Barn
Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Alternate Weekends Required
The Adventure Barn is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous management experience and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience while supporting and leading our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Adventure Barn.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members across all departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support staff training, development, and performance management.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the venue.
About You:
- Previous management or supervisory experience is essential.
- Food and beverage experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Able to work flexibly, including alternate weekends.
