Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is advantageous.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and machinery is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and completing tasks efficiently.
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.30pm
