We are looking for Outbound Call Centre Sales agents to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Call Centre Sales Agent, your primary role will be making outbound calls to potential customers, selling them repair plans for consumer white goods.
You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and selling the benefits of our product range.
Previous sales experience, preferably in a Call Centre environment (but not essential).
Duties
- Friendly, polite, approachable and a great team player
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow through the whole process of selling to each customer.
- Work as a team to achieve 'team targets' for further incentive
- Positive attitude with an excellent phone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with all
- Ability to fact find and build rapport with customers
- You will need to be committed to the role and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment
- Handle objections politely and efficiently
- Sell our packages
- Be able to use your experience and training to identify the customer’s requirements
Requirements
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with IT systems for sales processing is desirable but training will be given
- You must be confident and have a polite telephone manner
