Full-Time Sales Assistant (Russian & English Speaking)

About the Role
We are a growing chain of deli and grocery stores across London, and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Operate the till and process customer transactions.
- Manage online orders through delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Monitor product shelf life and rotate stock.
- Carry out regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Work as part of a positive and supportive team.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Russian and English (the interview will be conducted in both languages).
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
