We are recruiting seasonal hospitality staff to join our award-winning, family-run hotel and restaurant in a beautiful coastal location in North Wales. We pride ourselves on warm, genuine hospitality, high standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
These are seasonal roles with full-time and part-time hours available, suitable for people who are customer-focused, reliable and take pride in their work. These roles are available from early April through till the end of October, with start and end dates agreed based on role and availability.
Successful applicants can apply for the following available roles: General Assistant (Front of House), or Kitchen Porter, depending on experience, availability and suitability.
Pay Rates
General Assistant (FOH)
Pay is age/experience dependant, in line with National Minimum / Living Wage:
- Aged 21 and over: £12.71 per hour
- Aged 18–20: £10.85 per hour
- Aged 16–17: £8.00 per hour
Core Responsibilities (role dependent)
General Assistant – Front of House
- Deliver friendly, attentive service in the restaurant, bar and at breakfast
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel well looked after throughout their visit
- Set up and clear tables and service areas to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in public areas, along with housekeeping duties
- Support colleagues across front of house as required
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in hospitality and guest care
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a family-run business
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – training provided
Working Pattern
- Seasonal contracts
- Full-time and part-time hours available (please contact us to discuss)
- Shifts will include evenings and weekends
Contract Dates
These are seasonal roles running approximately from:
July through to October 2026

Accommodation & Meals
- Live-in accommodation available where required
- Two meals per day provided
- Accommodation and meals are charged at £8.50 per day (total)
