Originally built as a family home in the 17th century, the Muthu Newton Hotel has seen a number of improvements, including the addition of the Highland Conference Centre, which can host a variety of functions and events, including weddings, with a capacity of up to 200 delegates. The Muthu Newton Hotel is also a popular wedding venue.
The Muthu Newton Hotel are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team preparing and serving freshly cooked food. This is a full time post and the applicant must be prepared to work in a busy environment. Working 5 days from 7, chef would be trained to cover starter, sweet and eventually cook sections. This position would have an asap start but we understand a notice period may have to be worked and are happy to wait for the right person
