Fee: £18 per day, per student. For example: £1,800 for a 100-day placement, £1,440 for an 80-day placement

The Centre for Excellence in Practice Education is seeking to recruit Independent Practice Educators (IPE). An IPE is classed as an independent contractor and they may be contracted by one or more of the three universities that form the Centre for Excellence in Practice Education (Glasgow Caledonian University, the University of Strathclyde and the University of the West of Scotland) to supervise a social work student placement, lasting a minimum of 80 days and a maximum of 105 days (dependent upon the university).
