Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Administrator to support our customer service and sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy, organisational skills, and experience in sales administration to contribute to a dynamic organisation. A requirement of 3 days in the office with working from home for 2 days.
Duties
- Manage and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders, invoicing, and tracking service requests.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams via email, phone, and other channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic software issues and maintaining system organisation.
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and customer experience.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with SAP software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with a good understanding of IT systems relevant to administrative functions.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
