The Old Clubhouse is a vibrant fast paced bar/restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. We pride ourselves on our inclusive, friendly atmosphere and are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising: Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas.
- Food preparation assistance: Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Stock and organising: Assist in receiving deliveries and organising stock in the kitchen storage areas.
- Waste management: Disposal of waste and recycling in accordance to health and safety guidlines.
- Support the team: Provide general assistance to the kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirments
- No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to work is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced enviroment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings as required.
