The Shot Sales Host/Hostess is responsible for promoting and selling shots to guests in a nightclub setting.
This role focuses on creating a fun, high-energy guest experience while driving beverage sales and maintaining responsible alcohol service standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Actively engage with guests on the nightclub floor to promote and sell shots
- Deliver friendly, confident, and upbeat customer service
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Encourage repeat sales through strong guest interaction
- Follow all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and venue policies
- Coordinate with bar staff and management to ensure smooth service
Skills & Qualifications include:
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable demeanour
- Strong communication and basic sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and crowded environment
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
Previous hospitality, sales, or nightlife experience is an advantage but not required
Night and weekend shifts required
Standing and moving throughout the venue for extended periods is to be expected.
