Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader, preferably with experience in bakery production, to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, good communication abilities, and knowledge in supervising teams across manufacturing environments. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team while ensuring organisational goals and sales are met efficiently and effectively. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards and driving team performance.
Duties
- Lead and supervise with the team to achieve sales orders
- Organise daily tasks, manage responsibilities, and monitor team progress
- Provide training and support to team members as and when necessary
- Manage the team to ensure product presentation
- Maintain and keep on top of accurate production records
- Good communication between factory floor and office
- Uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and organisational procedures
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, encouragement, and recognition
- Experience in management or supervisory positions within bakery production
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal relations
- Previous experience will be highly regarded
