Responsibilities
- Conduct microneedling procedures using specialized devices to stimulate collagen production and improve skin health.
- Assess clients’ skin conditions and customize treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and safety.
- Maintain a clean, sterile treatment area following all health and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and follow-up recommendations.
- Stay current with the latest microneedling techniques, tools, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Skills
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and microneedling technology.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision for handling delicate equipment and performing treatments.
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment processes and expected outcomes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to skin treatments and infection control.
- Experience with materials handling, assembly of treatment devices, or related technical skills is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring treatment parameters accurately.
