Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing customer service, administration, and scheduling teams. Skilled in driving team performance, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Manage performance through coaching, feedback, and regular one-to-one meetings.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive team performance.
- Resolve escalated operational, customer, and people-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships across teams and communicate business objectives effectively.
Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in an operations or customer service environment.
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse problems, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and driving team performance.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
