Job description
Excellent opportunity exists for local graduate or collage leaver with a desire for a career in the building services industry. This opportunity will be ideal for a keen learner who is capable of progressing their building services and BIM knowledge and develop their role to become a key future member of the team.
Skills:
· Minimum AS/A2 Levels or equivalent preferably relating to engineering, science or maths.
· Drive and determination.
· Focused on attention to detail and able to identify problems and resolve.
· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit preferred but not essential.
· Ability to produce work to an agreed timescale.
Key Responsibilities:
· Produce detailed and dimensioned “end-sheet” drawings using the Revit engineering model.
· Produce drawings and schematics based on instruction using Revit and AutoCAD software.
· Attend site to assess and survey.
· Commitment to work to the companies BIM strategy and company standards.
· Ability to work efficiently as part of a team of professionals committed to meeting deadlines.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
