Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Carer (Part-time) to provide exceptional support and assistance to a gentleman with dementia. his role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering personalised care in a respectful and empowering manner. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of the person they will be supporting.
The working hours will be 10pm till 10am for 1 day1 a week, a total of 12 hours a week.
Duties
- Assist the gentlemen with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times
- Follow detailed care plans tailored to their needs, preferences, and health requirement
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and update care plans regularly
- Communicate clearly with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated careSkills
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Language:
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
