HE OPPORTUNITY
W
e are seeking an RF Test Technician to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical systems within a highly regulated engineering environment. You will play a key role in the integration, validation, and testing of RF systems, supporting both development and qualification activities.
K
EY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
- erform RF testing activities in line with defined procedures and requirements
•
- onduct measurements including return loss and insertion loss
•
- et up and test RF harnesses and associated hardware
•
- upport integration and validation of RF systems and sub-systems
•
- perate and configure RF test equipment (e.g. spectrum analysers, signal generators, network analysers)
•
- arry out calibration activities on test equipment and systems
•
- apture, analyse, and document test data using data acquisition systems
•
- ssist in fault finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis of RF issues
•
- roduce and contribute to Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports
•
- nsure all testing activities comply with quality and safety standards
•
- ollaborate with systems, design, and manufacturing team

KILLS REQUIRED:
•
- ands-on experience in RF testing within a lab or production environment
•
- xperience measuring return loss and insertion loss
•
- xperience testing RF harnesses and cable assemblies
•
- nderstanding of RF principles (frequency, impedance, signal behaviour, etc.)
•
- xperience with RF test equipment and calibration processes
•
- bility to interpret technical drawings, test specifications, and procedures
•
- trong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
•
- ood communication skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

ESIRABLE SKILLS :

- xperience within aerospace, defence, or space sectors

- amiliarity with environmental or qualification testing

- xperience with tools such as Dewesoft, DASYLab, or LabVIEW
