Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and replenishing supplies
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar counters, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with bar tending or barista duties when required, including preparing beverages and managing stock levels
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant environments, including bartending or barista work, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic food preparation skills to support kitchen operations when necessary
