- Perform professional makeup applications tailored to each client’s preferences and occasions, including weddings, photoshoots, and special events
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable beauty treatments to meet individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ desires and offering expert advice on beauty routines and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to ensure top-quality service
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, products used, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable beauty products that complement treatments and enhance client results
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beautician or Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
- Proficiency in makeup application, including contouring, highlighting, eye makeup, lip artistry, and special effects makeup
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain beauty procedures
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in skincare consultations or related beauty services is preferred but not mandatory
- Certification or training in cosmetology or related fields is a plus
