We're looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager to own the delivery of best-in-class influencer campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities of the role
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Lead the development of influencer strategies across client accounts, ensuring creator activity integrates seamlessly with broader campaign objectives.
- Act as the strategic point of contact between clients, internal teams, creators, and agents, ensuring alignment at every stage of the campaign.
- Lead influencer strategy on new business pitches, owning the creative direction and creator recommendations presented to prospective clients.
Talent Sourcing & Relationships
- Identify and recommend creators who align with campaign goals, using both data-led tools and cultural insight to go beyond follower counts.
- Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators, talent agents, and managers, making Truffle a partner creators want to work with.
- Oversee outreach, availability checks, and day-to-day coordination with talent across all active campaigns.
Campaign Delivery
- Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to content review, publishing, and performance tracking, ensuring high standards throughout.
- Write clear, compelling creative briefs that give creators the strategic direction they need while preserving their authentic voice.
- Manage campaign trackers, schedules, and documentation to support efficient, organised delivery across your accounts.
Commercial & Contracts
- Lead contract negotiations, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, and licensing agreements, ensuring commercial terms are clear, compliant, and protect client interests.
- Manage influencer fees, budgets, and invoice tracking with accuracy and transparency, keeping campaigns running smoothly and within scope.
Gifting, Advocacy & Events
- Develop strategic gifting frameworks for client approval, ensuring talent selection aligns with campaign objectives and prioritises strong brand affinity and advocacy potential.
- Have strategic oversight on influencer selection, outreach, opt-ins, and coordination for gifting programmes, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols.
- Manage event invite lists tailored to the profiles and objectives of each client activation.
Performance & Reporting
- Define success metrics and KPIs for each campaign, aligned to client objectives.
- Track performance using influencer analytics platforms, produce regular reports, and translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients and the wider team.
- Stay on top of emerging creators, trends, and platforms, monitoring competitor activity to ensure your recommendations remain relevant and forward-looking.
Team & Collaboration
- Take ownership of the Influencer Team’s workload, output, and professional development. Set clear priorities, manage capacity across shared campaigns, and actively invest in junior team member’s growth.
- Be the point of accountability for the influencer team's delivery, quality-controlling work before it reaches clients and holding overall responsibility for campaigns being executed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with social, strategy, and creative teams to ensure influencer activity integrates seamlessly into broader campaigns, and represent the influencer function confidently in cross-team planning.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in influencer marketing or creator relations, ideally in an agency setting.
- Experience managing junior team members.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple clients or workstreams.
- Strong network of creators, agents, and managers with established, trusted relationships.
- Experience using influencer discovery and analytics platforms to inform strategy and measure performance.
- Confident in contract negotiations, with a solid understanding of licensing, usage rights, and brand safety considerations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to clients and contribute to new business pitches.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator culture, with genuine curiosity about emerging trends and talent.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, strategy, and social teams.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a positive approach to fast-paced environments.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
