Join Team Piranha Parcels – Self-Employed Delivery Drivers
We are seeking keen and hard-working individuals to join our team and help us Deliver Excellence in and around Bristol and South East Wales!
Start Date:
Typically, within 7 to 10 days from the successful completion of on-boarding and all required checks.
Work Pattern:
Self-employed, Full-Time contractors. Weekend availability is required as part of your five-day working week. However, we offer flexible scheduling across weekdays.

We Offer:
- £137.70 per day (+VAT if registered) as a self-employed contractor
- Weekly pay, 2 weeks in arrears

Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Full MANUAL UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licence — no DR, DG, IN, or TT endorsement codes
- Pass a criminal background check (paid by us)
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol screening (paid by us)
- Ability to commute to BS35 (Severn Beach) to collect van each day
- All drivers must be 21 or over, in line with insurer requirements
The Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max)
- Operate on a self-employed subcontractor basis
- Load your van with your day’s parcels
- Use GPS technology to locate delivery addresses accurately
- Use a delivery device to complete deliveries safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, being polite and professional with customers, colleagues, and warehouse staff
- Maintain a safety-first approach and comply with PPE standards
- Proactively solve problems encountered on the road
