Drama Facilitator (Freelance – After School Clubs)
SE17 Wednesday or Thursday | 3:30–4:30pm
About the Role
Lively Sprout is looking for an energetic and creative Drama Facilitator to deliver engaging after-school sessions for primary-aged children (5–11 years). This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and can bring fun, structure, and confidence-building through drama.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fun and engaging drama sessions (e.g. improvisation, devising, drama games)
- Teach basic performance skills, expression, and storytelling
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic environment
- Support children in building confidence and self-expression
- Manage behaviour effectively in a group setting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong drama background (any style – improvisation, devised theatre, performance, etc.)
- Confident leading a group independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
