We do not operate an agency or shift-picking model.
You tell us the days and times you are available to work and we carefully match you with regular clients and ongoing support packages within those agreed hours.

What We're Looking For
Experience in Family Support, Children's Services, Community Support, Youth Work, Education, Care, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism Services or Social Care is beneficial but not essential.
We also welcome applications from university students, graduates and individuals looking to start or develop a career within health, social care, education, psychology or family support services.
