As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Support Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to play a key role in supporting our clients and cleaning teams across multiple sites.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Cleaning Support Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a mobile role that combines cleaning cover duties with supervisory responsibilities. You will travel between client sites, providing cover for staff absence, annual leave, and other operational requirements while helping to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently, represent the company professionally, and identify opportunities to improve service standards across our contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning cover across multiple commercial sites for sickness, annual leave, and emergency absences.
- Carry out regular cleaning duties to company standards.
- Supervise and assist with one-off deep cleans, periodic cleaning tasks, and special projects.
- Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, and cleaning concerns to management.
- Identify stock shortages and ensure sites have adequate cleaning supplies.
- Support and assist site-based cleaning staff where required.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with management regarding site conditions and client feedback.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the company when interacting with clients and staff.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to travel between sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and COSHH procedures.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
