Following our success we are now looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join one of the most successful agencies in Bournemouth. We provide a structured career path from negotiator to management for the right candidate. Sales experience would be an advantage (although trainee positions are available) but we would require you to possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals/targets.
Tasks for Sales / Lettings Negotiator:
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time
- Registering applicants onto mailing list
- Organising, booking and confirming viewings
- Proactively manage own applicants and the mailing list to generate viewings
- Dealing with and actioning website and Rightmove enquiries
- Booking viewings & valuations.
- Landlord and vendor updates
- Conducting viewings out of the office
- Actively pursue new business
The successful Sales / Lettings Negotiator
- Have customer service experience
- Have previous experience of hitting and exceeding targets
- All candidates for this role must possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals and targets, the best estate agent candidates must have a can do attitude
- Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clientèle effectively
- Maintains a calm, credible and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a full drivers licence and use of a vehicle

- OTE will vary from £20,000 - £35,000
