Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive overall business success
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage a diverse team
- Demonstrated sales management experience, including setting targets and driving results
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management and fostering a positive work environment
