Bella is Swansea’s bold, playful cocktail bar in the heart of Wind Street, two floors of standout drinks, unapologetic fun and an upstairs (which is a secret for now).
We’re looking for confident, energetic Team Members who know that a brilliant night out is about more than serving drinks. It’s about creating a buzzing atmosphere, making every guest feel welcome and keeping the fun flowing!
Whether it’s a birthday, hen party, spontaneous night out or a full-blown karaoke takeover, you’ll help make sure every guest leaves laughing!
What you’ll be getting up to
- Serving bold cocktails, cold drinks and plenty of personality
- Giving every guest a warm, confident Bella welcome
- Bringing energy to the bar and helping create an unforgettable atmosphere
- Keeping the venue clean, organised and looking its best
- Working closely with the wider team during busy, high-energy shifts
- Looking out for guests and teammates so everyone can enjoy themselves safely
- Handling challenges calmly, confidently and professionally
- Getting involved in celebrations, karaoke chaos and all the fun in between
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to know every cocktail recipe on day one, we can teach you that. What matters most is your attitude.
You’ll be:

- Confident talking to all kinds of people
- Reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in
- Calm under pressure when the bar gets busy
- A genuine team player
- Serious about guest safety without killing the vibe
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and late nights

Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but a brilliant attitude matters more.
