Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Rentals & Maintenance Administrator to join our team. This role involves assisting with rental processes, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent data entry skills, and a professional phone manner. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.
Duties:
Carrying out daily stock checks.
Checking equipment on and off hire.
Raising hire agreements on rental system.
Updating movements book & rentals Board.
Photographing trailers on & off hire.
Raising purchase orders.
Keeping customer insurance records updated.
Arranging breakdowns & maintenance work.
Recharging damages etc,
Assisting maintenance team with filing worksheets and time sheets.
Assisting with weekly & month end invoicing,
Updating maintenance records.
Scanning Documents.
Sales calls to customers regarding stock availability.
Sending out weekly service alerts & mot requests for Dublin & Belfast.
Job Type / Category
44 hrs per week.
8.00am -5.30pm Mon to Friday
9.00 to 12.00pm every other Sat
1 Hr meal break per day.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Essential skills
Strong administrative skills.
Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Other duties may be required.
Clean driving licence.
Experience an advantage however not essential.
Decent level of education required.
