Join me as a Part-Time Lettings & Property Manager specialising in Tenant Sourcing and Tenancy Management! This role offers requires the successful candidate to be at the forefront of the rental process, sourcing prospective tenants for the flats and new HMO I have built in Mitcham while ensuring smooth and efficient tenancy operations. You will play a vital role in sourcing quality tenants, managing tenancy agreements, and providing exceptional service to tenants and our company. Duties
- Actively source prospective tenants through various channels, including online platforms and direct outreach
- Conduct property viewings, answer tenant inquiries, and provide detailed information about available units
- Manage the entire tenancy process from application review to lease signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate with tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for new tenants
- Handle calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing questions about properties, rental terms, and application procedures
- Use the Goodlord property portal for tenancy agreements and reference applications
- Maintain up-to-date records using property management software, including tenant details, lease agreements, and payment histories
Skills
- Proficiency with property management software for data entry and record keeping
- Previous office experience or administrative background that supports efficient workflow management
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tenancy files simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling and sourcing tenants
- Basic understanding of property management processes and tenancy laws is a plus
