We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Follow individual care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns to senior staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Support clients with medication reminders if trained and authorised to do so
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless care services
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Skills
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a care home or home care setting
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans
- Driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between locations or home visits
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to care plans effectively

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,768.44 per year
