Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette and direct them accordingly
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using organisational tools
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
- Handle correspondence via email, postal mail, and other communication channels
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Support other administrative staff with various clerical duties as required
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, reliable, and professional demeanour
