L’Artiste Muscle is a long-established independent French bistro in Shepherd Market, Mayfair (trading since 1975). We are now looking for an experienced Sous Chef with good knowledge of classic French bistro cuisine to join our small, friendly team.
You will work in a small open kitchen with one KP and will run the kitchen independently.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes from scratch
- Assisting with seasonal menus and daily specials
- Stock control, ordering and GP management
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in French bistro / classic French cuisine
- Able to work independently
- Organised, tidy and calm under pressure
Hours
- 3–4 days per week
- 6–7 shifts (mostly doubles)
- Around 37–42 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour
