Waking Night Support Worker

Stallcombe Community is a residential care setting for 33 adults set within 55 acres of organic gardens and working farm on the outskirts of Exeter.
Our ideal candidate will be a resilient and reliable individual who is able to support our residents in all aspects of their routines, providing support for them to achieve their aspirations and encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for candidates who may have previous experience of working with Autism and Learning Disability, however if you are looking for a rewarding career change we welcome applications from candidates who want to work within a diverse and rewarding role. We offer full training as well as opportunities for on-going learning and development.
You should be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team, be self-motivated & patient.
We are looking for someone that can potentially work 2 or 3 nights a week.
