We are a private residential development company specialising in bespoke developments of 3–10 high-quality homes per site. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working across a variety of small, well-managed developments with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction and site-related activities, ensuring the smooth progress of projects. Responsibilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
- Preparing sites by clearing debris, organising materials, and setting up safety barriers
- Assisting tradespeople and supervisors with tasks as directed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Moving tools, supplies, and materials around the site efficiently
- Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures or scaffolding when required
- Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
- A valid relevant safety or construction qualification is a plus but not mandatory
- A full UK Drivers License is essential
