Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are a new cafe opening in North Finchley, London, and we are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Baristas to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for coffee and customer service, and wants to be part of a welcoming local cafe from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other drinks to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service in a warm and professional manner
- Taking customer orders and handling payments
- Keeping the cafe clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
- Replenishing stock and assisting with basic food preparation if required
- Working closely with the team to create a positive atmosphere for customers
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred, but not essential
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
- Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
