About Us
Bhandal Dental Practices is one of the largest dental groups in the West Midlands. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our busy and expanding team, providing installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment across our practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of dental equipment.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
- Fault-find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment complies with current safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Complete service documentation accurately and maintain service records.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working across multiple practice locations.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working as a field service engineer within the dental equipment industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern dental equipment and technology.
- Proven experience servicing and repairing:
- Dental X-ray equipment
- Dental chairs
- Dental suction systems
- Autoclaves and washer disinfectors
- Dental operating lights
- Monitors and associated dental equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
