Reports to: Product Commercialisation Manager
Job grade: B
The successful candidate will but not limited to:
- Review and maintain list of finished products available for sale/sample
- Review and propose key product stock levels in line with current product strategy
- Review of developmental products available
- Analysis of product formulations vs cost
- Analysis of product sales performance, individual and ranges
- Supporting pricing and quoting activity
- Manage the ACORN (infrequently manufactured products) log process for reinstating
products for sample/sale
- Supporting development and maintenance of marketing materials
Essential criteria for this position are:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work effectively using internal databases and reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional manner, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude, with the ability to manage own workload effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of urgent and routine tasks
- Resourceful and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused
- Customer Services or Sales Administration experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamic
