Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored properly after use
- Support the organization of storage areas by rotating stock and disposing of waste appropriately
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Experience working in fast paced restaurants or similar hospitality settings is a plus
- Strong understanding of cleanliness standards and safety procedures in a culinary setting
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
