About You:
You must be passionate about working in care, have some experience in working in a care environment, and are able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents and home. We are looking an outstanding individual who is engaging, happy and kind, with a can-do attitude. Experience of carrying out medication rounds is desireable. Please note, we do not employ people not currently living, or not able to work in the UK.
Job Overview:
- Providing daily care and living needs to all our residents in a respectful and dignified manner. Recording care notes for the care provided.
- Flexible and resilient personality to adapt to the needs of the residents and fast paced care environment.
- Enjoying working as part of a team and create a fun and family orientated atmosphere.
- Able to administer medication to residents is desireable
