Job Summary

Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Support the development and implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
- Maintain clear communication with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Drive company vehicles when required to support home care visits or transportation needs
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare providers
- Uphold health and safety standards by following protocols and ensuring a clean, safe environment at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
- Valid driving license with experience in driving safely within diverse environments
- Knowledge of care home operations, including understanding of care plans and resident rights
- Experience in home care services is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability across settings
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful attitude toward all individuals
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team
