Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basis

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging training in underwater warfare and SONAR systems to Royal Navy personnel. SONAR 2087, 2050, LOFAR
- Share your technical knowledge and operational experience to help develop the next generation of warfare specialists.
- Support students throughout their learning journey, helping them build confidence, capability and professional competence.
- Work alongside experienced instructors and learning specialists to continually improve training delivery.
- Maintain and develop your own skills through ongoing professional development and Defence training programmes.
- Contribute to the evolution of Royal Navy training by identifying improvements, sharing best practice and helping shape future learning solutions.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
