Estimator – Precast Concrete
Location: Nottinghamshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00pm
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Net Temps Limited is recruiting an Estimator on behalf of a leading Precast Concrete manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for bespoke precast concrete products.
- Review drawings and specifications to calculate material, labour, and production costs.
- Liaise with design, engineering, production, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage enquiries from initial receipt through to quotation submission.
- Maintain estimating records and support process improvements.
Requirements:
- Estimating experience within the precast concrete, construction or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of industry standards is beneficial.
