We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands on person to join Chef’s Kiss, our mobile coffee and bakery trailer serving quality coffee alongside a beautiful selection of homemade sweet and savoury bakes.
This is a varied role combining customer service, preparing and serving drinks, setting up at events and helping transport our horsebox trailer between locations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Towing the coffee trailer to and from events
- Setting up and packing down the trailer
- Preparing and serving coffees and other drinks
- Serving our homemade sweet and savoury bakes
- Taking payments and providing friendly customer service
- Keeping the trailer clean, organised and well stocked
- Helping with the general day-to-day running of the business
About you:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable chatting with customers
- Positive, practical and willing to get stuck in
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable with early mornings and weekend work
- Ideally able to tow and have access to a suitable vehicle with a towbar
- Willing and able to tow a horsebox trailer — training can be provided
- Barista or hospitality experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential
Most of our events take place between Thursday and Sunday. As we serve coffee, many shifts start early, with typical hours around 7am–2pm. Hours and locations will vary depending on our event schedule, so some flexibility is important. We can also top up hours with helping to prepare our homemade sweet & savoury bakes.
For the right person, there may also be an opportunity in the future to become more involved in the business and potentially purchase a share of the company.
