Duties
- Receive and review incoming motor insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate effectively with claimants, repair shops, and third-party providers to gather information and provide updates
- Assess the validity of claims by analyzing reports, photographs, and other relevant evidence
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vehicle assessments with approved service providers
- Maintain meticulous records of each claim’s progress, correspondence, and decisions using organized filing systems
- Process claim payments promptly while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify potential fraud or discrepancies through detailed review and escalate cases as needed
Qualifications
- Previous Motor Claims experience (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and partners effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to documentation and record keeping
- Ability to interpret technical reports, photographs, and repair estimates confidently
- Knowledge of insurance processes or claims management systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
