We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in commercial environments
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to the organisation’s standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
